Mission Statement

We are a Michigan High School Athletic Association Local Approved Association. Our mission is to assist members by providing benefits and services to help them improve their skill level and become better officials. We will prepare our members year-round to become MHSAA tournament ready officials. The MCAOA will accomplish these goals through on-going educational training and programs, mentoring, and promoting efficient officiating techniques in sports to develop quality officials in a professional manner that is valued by the schools and community in which we serve. With this mission statement, our Board Members were carefully selected based on integrity.
